Word Construction

A nuts-and-bolts approach to making, and spelling, words! Start with consonant, vowel, consonant, and make a word. 

Then, turn any piece to make a new word. 

Students can progress to making longer words, with each bolt holding up to 4 nuts. Includes 6 bolts and 30 printed nuts (enough for multiple students), storage bucket, and activities aligned to the Common Core. Bolts measure 12.7cm L, nuts 5cm W.
